Production

Pharmadule’s production concept is focused on modular production where a pre-assembly is done when needed. The modular installation process supports the concurrent engineering process and leads to reduced lead-time. 

The Pharmadule Production Philosophy 

  • GMP – all employees have sufficient GMP knowledge to understand customer requirements. Training is continously carried out.

  • HSE – Health, Safety & Environment is a continuous process.

  • Clean production environment – we believe that a clean environment give a cleaner product. A special program is developed and implemented to focus on this area.

  • Own supervisors on all discipline – to set and implement required quality standards and to improve installation methods.

  • Flexible workforce – highly motivated and trained employees specialized in the fabrication of pharmaceutical facilities. 

  • Controlled material flows – higher productivity through the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).

  • In Process Quality Control – to secure product quality every day.

  • CI – Continuous Improvement contributes to our everyday improvement.

Our production facility is located in Estonia.
