Pharmadule AB - capital injection strengthens the financial base
Pharmadule AB, a leading global supplier of high-tech, modular production facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, has secured its financial base through a capital injection of USD 22 million (170 MSEK).
Through Phab AB 3i, and funds managed by 3i, has made a capital injection of USD 22 million into Pharmadule AB and has acquired all the shares in the company. The capital injection will make it possible to continue the internationalisation of Pharmadule's unique modular concept.
